Go beyond court walls

It is essential to prioritize what specific aspect the legal process will focus on, such as modifying a law or seeking a court ruling. However, this action must be complemented by mobilization, communication, advocacy, and any other action contributing to achieving accurate and profound transformations.

Organizing meetings, seminars, and training on the topic can be an excellent way to consolidate expert spokespersons, empower interested activists, test arguments in front of different audiences, and involve actors from governments, academia, or the press.

We understand that to generate social change, legal work must be combined with a communication strategy that allows for influencing and creating a favorable current of public opinion and promotes social mobilization. Your voice and influence through our communication strategy can shape public opinion and drive social change. That is why all our strategies include legal defense, communication, and advocacy.

The communication strategy must at least define the communication objectives, priority audiences, key messages, means of delivering those messages, and communication products to be produced.

Our goal should be to generate awareness about the obstacles to exercising the right to abortion and about the importance of timely access to reliable information on sexual and reproductive health and abortion.
